EXCHANGE POLICY

We only offer size exchanges.
●If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you may request a size exchange (subject to stock availability).
●We do not allow exchanges for a different design, color, or article. Only the same article in a different size can be exchanged.
●In case you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same article after verification.
●The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, as the shipping charges have already been paid to the courier company.
